Tressie Foy

Born and raised in Ocean Springs, Mrs. Hirsch-Fellman was formally educated at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, but brings a perspective broadened by her extensive international travel and flavored by her proximity to New Orleans.

Tressie Hirsch-Fellman is an artistic breath of fresh air. Specializing in portraiture, she captures the truest essence of her subjects with an inescapable eye. Her work elevates nuance and defies constraint while remaining in harmony with the natural aesthetic. The light and life of her subjects saturate each rendering, translated through a use of color so free and bold that it paradoxically dares the viewer not to notice, until a closer inspection reveals the quiet kaleidoscope turning behind each of her works. This is particularly prevalent in her watercolors; a medium which is fairly new to her but to which she has taken like a fish

Madison Noelle

Madison Noelle is a proud San Francisco native. She began her dance training at Westlake School for the Performing Arts, training in Vaganova-style ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and Polynesian dance. Madison was part of the Performance Program under Malu Rivera-Peoples, Cristina Fargas-Newell, and Irene Liu. As a member of the Performance Program, she had opportunities to perform locally for the community as well as compete at the regional and national levels for competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix, New York City Dance Alliance, and Onstage New York. Her achievements earned her scholarships and acceptance to intensives at Peridance Center, Rock School of Ballet, and ABT Houston.

Her love for ballet grew during annual productions of “The Nutcracker,” where she was immersed into Tchaikovsky’s world, dancing many roles over the years, including the coveted role of Clara and other favorites such as Snow Lead and Spanish Lead.

Madison graduated from San Francisco’s Ruth Asawa School of the Arts, where she learned to hone ballet, modern, and choreographic skills under Elvia Marta, Andrea Hinman, Arturo Fernandez, and Graciela Acedo who emphasized the blending of classical ballet and modern styles. Upon graduation, Madison’s hard work earned her recognition for Artistic Excellence in Dance.

During high school, Madison found joy in teaching ballet, tap, and Polynesian dance to younger students. She enjoyed the chance to be a part of igniting a similar love for dance in their journeys.

Most recently, Madison earned a Bachelor of Science in Dance/Arts Management from Oklahoma City University’s Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment. There, she studied under Jo Rowan, Kay Sandel, Tye Love, Jessica Fay, Mary Ann Mayer, Kelli Stevens, and Michael McCarthy and performed in the American Spirit and Star Dance Companies. Her favorite role was the lead of “Mother Mary” in Kelli Stevens' “Breath of Heaven” and Jessica Fay's "Away in a Manger."

Madison is grateful to all of the teachers along her journey and looks forward to passing on their teachings at GCSPA!
